[OSGeo-Jobs] contractor GIS or IT professional

Hi All,
 
I an GIS Analyst running my own small consulting business "Terra GIS" and
for an upcoming Web GIS project most likely I will be in need of a more IT
savvy person than I am because the project will involve some IT heavy tasks,
such as user authentication and the like. Is anyone interested and available
to help me on mid size project in the coming months until the summer?
This would be paid on an hourly basis (or agreed on fixed price). The person
I am looking for first of all should be easy to work with, be very
proficient with PHP (specifically user authentication) and ideally would
know  frameworks such as Code Igniter, Symphony or Laravel and best
practices using the MVC approach (which I don't have expertise in). An added
plus would be experience in JavaScript (which I could need some lessons in
to improve my skills) for geo for example using Openlayers3 and Jquery. Nice
to have is experience with Linux, PostGIS, MapServer and Gdal/OGR.
