[OSGeo-Jobs] OSRM - custom snap functionality

I have a GPX file which is contains the information for a route that should
be utilised as much as possible, where it makes sense - the 'preferred
route'.

This route should be ignored if it is too far.

We're using OsmAnd as the nav app on Android.

The idea is to create a OSRM server potentially with customisations to
allow OsmAnd to navigate the calculated route.

This is a paid job in need of a fast turnaround and the cost is negotiable.
