Both jobs are fully remote as Astun is a fully remote company.

*Graduate Technical Consultant (upto £30k)*

Astun Technology is looking for a talented Graduate Technical Consultant
with excellent communication skills to join our Professional Services team.
Combining technical excellence with great interpersonal skills, you will
play a key role in the delivery of customer facing project work. Working
alongside other consultants in our Professional Services team, you will be
involved in a range of tasks that are part of the design, build and
operational roll out of the solutions we provide to our customers. The work

catalogues” for customers like DEFRA, the Ordnance Survey or Scottish
Government, to online mapping and geospatial systems for Local Authorities
and other public and private sector clients. You may have previous
experience in the geospatial sector (e.g. GIS and web mapping), which would
be highly desirable but not essential. Projects you work on will vary from
small self contained consultancy jobs (a few days) to larger delivery
projects (up to 100 days) as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will be
working in cloud hosted environments. The role is home based and you will
be able to work remotely from anywhere in the UK. We’ll set you up with all
the gadgets you need to work effectively from home, including a
workstation, multiple monitors, laptop, wireless devices, phone and a
webcam. Occasional travel within the UK can be expected from time to time.
