[OSGeo-Jobs] QGIS programming services needed for python plugin

Hi All,

I am looking for a consultant to help writing a QGIS python plugin that 
allows writing configuration (currently as JSON objects containing a 
list of layers and config options for each) for my own web GIS platform 
called "Base Viewer"(based on MapServer, PostGIS, and OpenLayers) into a 
table in PostgreSQL from within QGIS.
This would involve some GUI UI work as well and python scripting.

The goal of this is to support data-driven configuration of web maps and 
allowing user to configure their own web maps from with QGIS.
Earlier this year I have created a rudimentary plugin version that is 
half-baked and unfinished and I realized it would be much better if 
someone with more expertise could take this on.
