*Dear OSGeo Jobs Community,*
My name is Francisco Arellano, and I am a *Geography student and professor*
at the National University of the Littoral (UNL), Argentina. I am
passionate about *Geographic Information Systems (GIS)* and their
application in spatial analysis, cartography, and education.
I am currently looking for *internships, training opportunities, or jobs*
that will allow me to deepen my knowledge and gain hands-on experience in
GIS. My primary skills and tools include:
✔ *QGIS* for spatial analysis and geoprocessing
✔ *Google Colab* for data processing
✔ *Python and SQL* for GIS applications (currently learning)
✔ *Creation of interactive maps and thematic cartography*
I have developed several GIS-related projects, including:
- *LisoMaps*: An interactive map tracking beer prices in Santa Fe (100K+
visits)
- *Consumer Cartography*: Maps focused on services and economic
activities
- *Fire Map*: Visualization of fire occurrences and their territorial
impact
- *Legends & Myths of Santa Fe*: A cultural mapping project in
development
I strongly believe that *cartography is an essential tool for education*,
and I am eager to apply my skills in research, urban planning, or any
GIS-related field.
You can view my portfolio and projects here:

I would appreciate any guidance, job opportunities, or internships within
the OSGeo community. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your
response!
Best regards,
*Francisco Arellano*
