[Landsat-pds] usgs service issues?

Angelos,

I had thought that landsat-util only pulled google cloud storage - does it
also support direct pulling from the USGS?

I hadn't seen LANDSAT-Download before.  I'm curious how it comes up with
download urls.

I (we) are actually working against a new USGS web service that for logged
in users with the right permissions can get direct download urls for
scenes.  This is the first I've used it though Amit and the MapBox folks
have been working with it for a while.  This new api is not yet finalized
and public yet as far as I know.

This is all part of an effort to get a copy of recent landsat8 data hosted
on S3 in a maximally easy form to exploit.
