FYI, we’ve finalized a time, location, and agenda for the Earth observation event that I mentioned previously on this list. We will be holding a day-long demo day in Washington DC on November 10th to highlight how AWS customers are working with Earth observation data.

If you can, please come out for a day full of in-depth technical discussions and demonstrations from Blue Raster, Development Seed, DigitalGlobe, Esri, Harris Corporation, The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Mapbox, Planet Labs, and the U.S. Department of the Interior as they show you how the cloud lets them work with Earth observation data without worrying about limitations of bandwidth, storage, memory, or processing power.

Space is limited at the event, so please reserve your spot today by registering at: http://aws.amazon.com/federal/events/earthobservationday2015/

Location:
Agency Chief, 1800 Massachusetts Ave NW 2nd Floor, Washington, DC 20036
Date and time:
10 November 2015, 8:30am to 6:30pm

Please let me know if you have any questions about the event. I hope to see you there!
