[Landsat-pds] Accessing landsat on AWS

Aaron,

I would suggest fetching
http://landsat-pds.s3.amazonaws.com/c1/L8/scene_list.gz and identifying the
scenes you are interested on based on geography, time and things like cloud
cover.  Then you can fetch the files using urls like:

https://landsat-pds.s3.amazonaws.com/c1/L8/139/045/LC08_L1TP_139045_20170304_20170316_01_T1/LC08_L1TP_139045_20170304_20170316_01_T1_B3.TIF

You do not need any special access to pull things from the landsat-pds
bucket.
