[Landsat-pds] Accessing landsat on AWS

Hi Aaron,

https://search.remotepixel.ca provides a nice search and preview tool that
is "100% up-to-date with landsat-pds". Click a tile, then click the latest
tile in the sidebar for a grid preview of all L8 acquisitions of that area.

I'm not sure if it contains a subset of scenes listed in the landsat-pds
bucket but it seems quite complete.
