[Landsat-pds] Diferent Processing Dates

Dear all,

First of all thank you for accepting me here. The Landsat-pds has been very
useful in my work.

I've just noticed some cases were multiple processing dates of a same image
was being stored. above an example where both images are from the same path
row and sensing date. However there are multiple processing dates.

Another observation, some images on AWS have different processing date when
compared to Earth Explorer. Is AWS expected to be updated? Some examples:
