[Lexicon] Daylight saving switch

Over the next few weeks, some countries will be switching daylight saving
on or off (depending on whether you are in the Northern or Southern
hemisphere).

I've just changed the timeslot for the meeting invite (for Australia) which
means it should stay the same for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere.
