[Lexicon] GDAL Documentation Glossary

Thanks Nick. It looks like the GDAL glossary will go ahead. There is no licence at https://github.com/nickbearman/intro-r-spatial-analysis/ - if I wanted to use some of your definitions could they be included, with an acknowledgement at the bottom of the page?
