All,

I would like to motion to release 1.0.0.  This is your chance to speak  
if something is wrong :)  Otherwise, I'm putting it in the can.

I would note that there may be maintenance releases (1.0.1, 1.0.2,  
etc) in the future, but unless it is something terrible, I will  
probably let bugs/fixes stack up a bit before releasing.  Therefore,  
you can probably expect a release every 9-12 months.  If LAS 1.2 work  
is funded, or someone shows up with a patch, we will call that libLAS  
1.1.
