... it´s suppose it´s used by the official MSN docs generator for .net.

I was try used NDOC, but only support 1.0 framework. NDOC is used in mono.

My first thoughtr was use doxygen, but I don´t see good support for c# there
and we need support for other languages for VB.NET.
