[Liblas-devel] LAS 1.2 sample files by Martin

Hi,

Martin prepared a bunch of LAS files in format v1.2

We, the libLAS, do not officially support LAS Format in version 1.2.
However, I'm Martin's files will help us a lot to implement LAS 1.2.
