[Liblas-devel] GPS Time and Global Encoding

Hi,

 

In the 1.2 LAS Spec it states that when the low bit is not set GPS Time
is in GPS Week Time and when the low bit is set then GPS Time is in
POSIX Time.  How do I tell which of these LASPoint.GetTime() is
returning?  I do not see any way of getting the Global Encoding from the
LASHeader object.
