[Liblas-devel] liblas fails to compile

I re-pulled everything again and the errors from the index files are gone.  It seems to have trouble linking the las2las program...The compile results are attached...

It seems that gcc 4.4 is pickier about qualifying the names.  Can you put a

using namespace boost;

at the top of indexcell.hpp indexoutput.hpp and lasindex.hpp as needed?  Please report back.  I will go through and qualify the integer names.
