[Liblas-devel] Welcoming a new committer

All,

I have granted access to Martin Isenburg to be able to push updates to the Mercurial repository.  Martin is going to migrate a few of his tools to libLAS and provide some support in migrating feature(s) that exist (lastools <-> libLAS) in one of the ports but not the other.  While I someday hope for a complete merger (based on libLAS, of course! ha!), this is at least a step toward more direct collaboration.
