[Liblas-devel] LAS 1.3 point support working for upcoming libLAS 1.6

All,

Here's the lasinfo output from Mike's LAS 1.3 file :)  I would not call the 1.3 support "complete" because it has only been tested with one file from one software vendor, but there's nothing blocking us in the code now from 1.3 point support.  Thanks for the file Mike!

If anyone else has some files they can provide for the sample library <http://liblas.org/samples>, I'll give them a test and put them up.
