[Liblas-devel] Can't use dotnetLibLAS because liblas1.dll is missing.

Yep.  The previous dll had both the C and C++ APIs embedded in it, and these have been separated out for the next release (note that las_c.dll still depends on las.dll).  I think I will rename these to liblas.dll and liblas_c.dll, however, to eliminate any ambiguity.
