Finally got through all the necessary hoops to get a LAS 1.3 sample
together, with both discrete and full waveform returns.  We're happy for
this to be distributed freely for testing purposes.  Please feel free to
take a copy for the sample library.

It's a small snippet of a real flight with full waveform data.  There's
a readme with a bit more info in the tarball, a screenshot and a
trajectory file.  Let me know if there's any problems with it or if you
need anything extra.
