[Liblas-devel] Vertical Datum Transformation

I have placed the file in the liblas.org sample library at <http://liblas.org/samples/galveston_EPSG_32615_4326.las>.  If it is not ok for this file to be on a public download, please let me know and I'll remove it quickly. Otherwise, it in combination with all of the email traffic should provide someone some good examples to start playing around with these types of operations.

The root of the problem is what Frank described in his earlier email <http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/liblas-devel/2010-November/001029.html>, and I will refresh the libLAS packages on OSGeo4W to take advantage of these changes in the next couple of days.  Expect 1.6.0b2 very soon.
