[Liblas-devel] change the vertical datum WGS84 to NAVD88 and transformation method?

Dear All,

I would like to ask you kindly to let me know which geoid is used when
converting from WGS84 to NAVD88?

Also, what transformation method (e.g. 7 parameter transformation?) is used
when transform the coordinates?
