[Libro_SIG] Free GIS Book in ohloh

Just for fun,

I've set up an ohloh.net entry for the Free GIS Book. As Victor has
committed a big amount of work (OMG this guy is getting "bookoholic")
now we have almost 300 pages and until now he is the only one that has
been working!!!

But on the Spanish side we are starting works (I hope) and some people
is downloading latex sources and so on.

The license I put for the book in ohloh is CC by-sa but only temporary
until we decide a final license. Sorry for my "audacity".

The main link is for Spanish side, sorry but I'm not sure if there is
a more common link as primary. I will correct that immediately if one
suggest a better one.
