[Live-demo] Proposal: Request an issue tracker

I'd like to ask the SAC to set up an instance of "trac" on the osgeo 
servers for our Live-DVD-Demo project.
I think we should be using an issue tracker to draw out a roadmap of all 
the tasks that can be done for the Live DVD, then allocate these tasks 
into a release schedule.

Please speak up if you would like to suggest an alternative.
