The project should be addressable by both xxx.osgeo.org and xxx.com and 
xxx.org
I've learned this lesson the hard way with mapbuilder, which started 
with http://mapbuilder.sourceforge.net, but then a one man google maps 
guy bought http://mapbuilder.com and tweaked google search results so 
that his project came out on top.
So this time, I want to make sure we have all domain names covered.
