Ya apt-get auto-remove can get kinda dangerous sometimes, I think it
told me it wanted to get rid of python when I was doing the QGIS
install. Just comment out that line for now. As a note of caution we
should probably hard code removal of packages that you know are extra,
which is kinda hard since there are so many other apps.
