>From our conversation earlier. Remastersys does appear to be a good way
to go for generating the iso. I've written a script to run it in the
virtual machine, it should be run after all other scripts have been
completed. The resulting iso can then be uploaded from the vm or the vm
can be shut down and mounted so the iso can be pulled from it.
Took about 1 hour to build(Just the conversion to iso part from beta2),
iso was 2.0GB from a 5.6GB VM.
There seem to be a whole bunch of options not in the man pages we should
probably look into.

Note, we can edit the remastersys.conf to exclude stuff that shouldn't
end up on the disc. See the trunk/app-data/
FYI, if you commit anything while in the VM make sure to clear the
.subversion/auth/svn.simple directory, lest you want to give out your
password.
