[Live-demo] Application install order

The logic for the current order is based on:

setup.sh goes first
build_iso.sh and setdown.sh go last

the scripts which require prompts (like java) go up the top as you suggest

scripts which do fancy build compiles and which might break dependancies 
go at the end, so they don't effect clean .deb build scripts. (Some of 
Hamish's fancy scripts fit in here)
