[Live-demo] Release of live dvd iso and gisvm 2.0-beta3

Ok,
arramagong-gisvm-2.0beta3 and arramagong-livedvd-2.0beta3 have been 
released, or at least that is what I thought was the case until I 
realised the 2 of the VM images have not been copied to the server. I'm 
loading them up now before I go to bed. The should be up in ~ 4 hours.
The iso images are online and can be downloaded and checked now.

Alex, you have hinted that you might be able to make the next release. 
This would be good considering that you can turn around the images much 
faster than me, and beta3 is a few days old already and doesn't contain 
the R packages. I suggest bumping the images up to version 2.0beta4.
