[Live-demo] load_postgis.sh and the Medford dataset

Hi,

Mark Leslie has put the old version of the Medford, OR PostGIS dataset
back online, and I've updated the load_postgis.sh script for it, but
neither of us have been able to test it and it is presently commented out
at the end of install_postgres.sh.

I'm in a similar position. I don't know if someone here tests it &
reports success if it will be in time for Alex's build, but it would
be good to know as then folks can run the script manually off the
DVD/VM if they want it.

It would be nice to have a little more test data on-disc though.
