Stefan, Landon,
Thanks for your Overview docs. Looks good, especially the list of features.
I've tightened up the introduction section to use less words and
hopefully retain the same meaning. (Less words get read more).

Current Intro:
OpenJUMP is an easy to use and powerful deskstop GIS that enables users
to edit, analyse, conflate, save and display geographic data. It is also
an excellent framework for rapid prototyping to develop custom GIS
functions.

Previous Intro:
OpenJUMP is a not just another free GIS Demo viewer but a deskstop GIS
that allows to edit, save, analyse, conflate and display your geographic
data. OpenJUMP was designed to create and analyse vector data, however
with the powerful Sextante raster analysis library it is full-size
desktop GIS. It has proven to be an (i) easy to use desktop GIS to learn
all the GIS basic and advanced functions from data editing to
conflation, and (ii) an excellent framework for rapid prototyping to
develop custom GIS functions.
