[Live-demo] USB testing required today if we are to hand out OSGeo-Live on a USB at FOSS4G

Added a couple more entries to the testing page.
- thinkpad worked fine (and was a *great* experience off USB)
- macbook has no chance of working

It seems the workaround for booting a macbook off USB is to add an
entry to the menu.lst of your DVD.

If this is done then you can use the DVD to start; and then transfer
the rest of the boot process to the USB.
There are a few other accounts of making a boot to usb DVD around;
perhaps we could have a stack of those to hand over to anyone with a
mac.
