[Live-demo] click2try / Live GIS disk: "apt-get install" not working

Tom,

I've created a click2try image "arramagong-3-0alpha4" which is a copy of 
xubuntu-wip (same password for root).

I've then tried the following command unsuccessfully:

root# apt-get install subversion

error returned is:

dpkg: error processing 
/var/cacche/apt/archives/subversion_1.5.4dfsg1-1ubuntu2.1_i386.deb 
(--unpack):
  failed to delete `/..dpkg-new': Read-only file system

What is the best way to communicate these errors? It would be useful to 
have an IRC channel or archived developers email list that your 
developers monitored, which can then be google searched.
