This line is the best clue:
de.geopublishing.org_repository_dists_lucid_main_binary-i386_Packages

Sounds like there is something wrong with either the packages or the
repo itself(possibly just the line in the apt/sources) for
geopublisher/atlasstyler

Anyone want to contact the author about it to see if it can be solved?
