Good thinking Cameron:

A couple easy ones for workbook materials:
- printing css settings so the results print out okay (right now it is fine for onscreen but the font sizes are shrunk when printing leaving code examples with too much useless whitespace)
- standard osgeo logos (project, project in incubation etc...)
- make better use of the top of the page (perhaps a live dvd logo or link "back" to the home index page)

And one hard one:
- make the fonts into bitstream verra (or whatever the OSGeo standard is)
