[Live-demo] Still add some demo data?

I'm encouraging projects to make use of the naturalearth dataset for 
demos, as these datasets are global, and hence quickstarts will not need 
to be rewritten every year.

You can see which datasets are available by looking at the 
bin/install_gisdata.sh script.
