[Live-demo] Naming the LiveDVD

The issue of picking a name for the liveDVD was mentioned in the last 
meeting, and a few people suggested using a different name to "arramagong".

I concede that I'm getting voted down on this one - I'd like to keep 
consistancy and branding to continue through.

What I suggest is that for 3.0, which I see as an interim release, we 
should stick with the arramagong name, but we change the name to 
something else for 4.0 and the foss4g 2010 conference.

That will give us enough time to select a name, register a domain name, 
update documentation etc.
