[Live-demo] OSGeo Live website ready to go Live

I'll work on getting it redirected. Looks like it's on osgeo2 with the
wiki right now.

But I'd like a chance to clean up the css first, the current page is
much better looking than the new pages.

Should happen sometime this week.
