[Live-demo] OSGeo Live will be handed out at FOSS4G 2010

I've just been given confirmation from Lorenzo that OSGeo Live will be 
handed out to every delegate at FOSS4G 2010.

They have committed to handing out the DVD, but if there is sufficient 
budget, they plan to hand out a USB stick instead. So we should make a 
point this year of trialling the USB stick during our build process.
