i start to translate the .rst files

the first one i choose is : osgeo.rst 
(so you can easy choose an other one)

for any needs you can reach me on irc on #osgeolive, or also on #gfoss 
( channel for gfoss.it - the Italian osgeo local chapter)

 in any case,  if i'm not responsive on irc, leave a message i'll see it on the log.
