Bob Basques has suggested previously that he might want want to package
GeoMoose on OSGeo-Live.

There are a couple of Open Source applications used a lot in the
Meteorological and Atmospheric communities. These communities require
multi-dimensional raster datasets, available as coverages and often
stored in the netCDF format. The two key packages they seem to use is:

* THREDDS: for cataloging netCDF data
* ncWMS: for serving this data as a WMS

I would really like to see mobile open source applications covered, like
gvsig mini, but as yet it has not been packaged, and I'm a little scared
by the disk space that may be required for a mobile emulator.

I've got an irking feeling that there in another package or 2 that has
mentioned before, but can't remember it.
