[Live-demo] Do we want OSGeo-Live on a USB or DVD at FOSS4G?

Peter,
Could you please organise to us with an indication of what distribution 
formats will be available to us at FOSS4G.
 From feedback we have been getting, I'm guessing that if there is 
sufficient budget, it would be good to have a mix of USB and DVDs. We 
might only provide USBs to VIPs (as per foss4g 2010. From memory, around 
150 8Meg USBs were printed).
