 try manually applying the patch provided in issue 557 from the sphinx bug
 trac'er as mentioned in comment:3:
   https://bitbucket.org/birkenfeld/sphinx/changeset/ba15e411a042


 from the look of your screenshot the scaling is also broken, as it is on
 the adhoc server, presumably for similar reasons with a similar fix.

 if the patch fixes it we can apply it as part of our build process.
