In xUbuntu Natty, the Print and Alt-Print are set up^ to grab
screenshots (full screen and just selected window, respectively).

[^ hmm, does that block the magic sysrq key?]

As Brian discovered, this doesn't work if the menus are open.
To get a screenshots of the menus, in the second workspace open
a terminal and run:
  sleep 10 && xfce4-screenshooter -f

then minimize the window and swap back to workspace #1, pick what
you want from the menu and wait.

note that the cursor doesn't seem to get picked up, for that
maybe you need to create the screenshot from outside of the VM,
then crop in an image editing program? (well that works..,
screenshot updated in svn)

ps- screen resizing and mouse-at-edge are working fine with the
VM loaded into qemu+kvm. Can you access the bottom mac-like menu
from VBox or does the edge-effect problem hurt that?
