[Live-demo] We will be using the same Xubuntu version for next OSGeo-Live release

I forgot to mention that for the upcoming OSGeo-Live 5.5 point release, 
we will be sticking with Xubuntu 11.04 (rather than increasing to 
Xubuntu 11.10).

Hopefully this should make our migration to the next release easier.
