[Live-demo] Software categories organization

Hi Alex,

First of all Remote Sensing is not only Earth related, as you mention.
Also, in Geosciences, GIS do not include Remote Sensing. This can be 
seen in scientific journals, conferences, university departments etc. 
Ok, I do not want flame-war too :)

I agree that perhaps we could change the "Desktop GIS" category to 
indicate Remote Sensing somehow.
If others feel that no change is needed, then we stick to the current 
categories.
