[Live-demo] 4.5 Beta 1

I started the Beta 1 build but ran into an unexpected error/delay. A new
firewall was installed on my network at the end of last week and it
appears to be blocking port 11371 which is required for grabbing GPG
keys used to sign PPA archives.

So for now I've posted the logs of the build live.osgeo.org/dev/build
and have emailed the IT staff to get this resolved. Likely ETA to next
beta build start is 10-12 hours assuming they fix the firewall first
thing in the morning.
