Just noting it here because it's an easy fix, seems silly to do a ticket
for.
pyarchinit plugin is incompatible with the OSGeo Live QGIS version
because it's hardcoded to look for the plugin folder in the users home
directory, but we put all the plugins in /usr/ to avoid having it load
into RAM when running live mode.
TODO: Massimo, remove pyarchinit from the QGIS plugin bundle on your server.
