[Live-demo] geotools_overview.rst added

I got around to adding a geotools_overview.rst (as per your request cameron). I do not see it on the website yet ...

A copy of the page is in the geotools docs here:

The version on the live dvd is nicer with :doc: links to some of the projects included on the dvd that make use of GeoTools.
